Replacement period is only valid 7 days after receiving the package. This will be subject for investigation and should be filled for claims and may take 3-5 business days and upon request from customer.

Products will only be replaced if:

  1. Item received is physically damaged.
  2. Incorrect item delivered.
  3. Item received is defective / does not work properly. This only applies for caps. We can deliver new caps for free (pump, spray or dropper).



Product order is not subject for refund due to change of mind.

All orders subject for refund should be reviewed first if they are eligible for it.

If the customer refuses to accept the product and requests for a refund, please take note that the item should be returned first to us before processing the request. Customer should also submit the complete filled up refund form and it will be assessed if they are eligible for the request.

Processing of refund might take additional 3-5 business days after we received the product.

Once a refund has been issued please take note that it may take time to reflect on a customers account depending on the card issuers policy.

For an incorrect item received in sets, we will only replace the specific product. Refund only applies for individual product order.

Customers are eligible for refund if:

  1. Item received is physically damaged.
  2. Delivery schedule is overdue.



  1. Paid package will not be cancelled due to change of mind.
  2. Customer(s) can only cancel once for every transaction, once settled they will no longer be able to request another cancellation and should wait for 48 hours to place new order again.
  3. Customer who chooses COD as their mode of payment and cancel it after order has been processed and dispatched will be banned from reordering again as COD. If the customer still wished to proceed with the order, they need to settle the payment first before processing it.
  4. Customer who repeatedly cancel his/her order for no valid reason will be banned from ordering.
  5. Once parcel is already dispatched; it can no longer be cancelled. Rules will be applied according to cancellation policy under #3.



Orders that have been submitted can only be revised 30 minutes after they created the order, or before order has been marked as “Processing”. This includes mode of payment, notes or additional requests.

"Processing" is defined as an order which has already been printed, packed or dispatched.
