Where can I pay? (Philippines)

We offer COD (Cash on delivery) and also offer bank transfer for customers in the Philippines.

 

 

How can I pay via Cash-on-Delivery?

You may select COD during Check-out. Once you confirm, you will then receive an order confirmation via email.

 

What if I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it is not yet processed. Hence, if your order has been marked as “processing” the order can no longer be canceled.

 

Can I edit my order?

You need to contact within 30 minutes after you created your order if you need an edit or to revise it.  This is to prevent mix-ups and delays. We hope that you kindly double check your order details before proceeding with checkout.

 

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address you submit to us. You can manually track it through LBC track and trace.

We also have next day delivery through available courier like Borzo.  A link will be sent to you once your parcel is already booked.

 

When can I expect my delivery?

  • Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
  • Outside Metro Manila: 7-10 business days*
